Processing Time
All orders are carefully handcrafted and processed within 3-7 business days, not including holidays or weekends, unless otherwise noted. Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.
During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Any updates will be clearly communicated.
Shipping Methods
Thread of Gold Design ships orders via USPS. Shipping charges shown at checkout include packaging and handling costs.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Thread of Gold Design cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been shipped, it is considered in the care of the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Thread of Gold Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier. If a package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Thread of Gold Design is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
International Shipping
Thread of Gold Design offers international shipping. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, VAT, or import charges imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and are determined by your local customs authority. Thread of Gold Design has no control over these charges and cannot predict or collect them at checkout.
